The store is sectioned off accordingly to ensure that the highest level of accuracy is maintained. We place 'Accurate Auditing' tags on the counted sections to guarantee that no one section is counted twice. A running total of the merchandise value and merchandise category is kept until the end of the audit when we download the information to our database for analysis and reporting. An Accurate Audit representative verifies all sections are accounted for by picking up the 'Accurate Auditing' tags in each section. A walk thru by the store manager/supervisor is initiated to ensure all sections have been accounted for. We supply a report at the end of the audit to be reviewed by the store manager. Asset Management Inventory Audit The Asset Inventory Audit identifies all items above a predetermined dollar threshold. Once the threshold is determined, each item above such threshold is assigned a unique identification number and barcode. The captured information is reported on to the client's specifications. Asset inventory reports assist in the tracking of stolen goods. Inventory Verification Audit A Inventory Verification Audit verifies on-hand inventory quantities against the printed inventory list. Cash Inventory Audit A Cash Inventory Audit is a count of all monies in the register and safe. The audit is conducted by an Accurate Audit supervisor in conjunction with the store clerk. The report is submitted to the owner or corparate office. Buy/Sale Inventory Audit A Buy/Sell Inventory Audit is an audit of the financial inventory and/or SKU inventory where the results effect the selling or buying of the business. Inventory Shrinkage and Prevention Planning The Inventory Shrinkage and Prevention Plan was designed to control the shrinkage for large inventory facilities. We combine several of our services in the plan: A quarterly financial inventory or sku inventory to track merchandise, a monthly cigarette inventory audit and a merchandise sample cycle count. We incorporate our shrinkage prevention procedures into your current process. An Accurate Auditing consultant works with you to ensure our plan meets your needs. SKU Inventory Audit The SKU inventory audit consists of a physical inventory count utilizing the UPC or store barcode to acquire additional information, i.e. retail price, description. Data analysis is required prior to the audit and after the audit to ensure the accuracy in data transfer. Cycle Counting Audit A Cycle Counting Audit is a streamlined physical or financial inventory audit to control inventory without the time and expense of the full aforementioned audit. Cycle counting is identically gauged via the merchandise sampling procedure. The established inventory systems data is analyzed against our sampled merchandise quantities and values. During the analysis phase, discrepancies are identified, rectified, monitored in future audits. To fully take advantage of all the benefits a cycle counting audit has to offer, we recommend an annual inventory and/or quarterly financial inventory audits. Cigarette Inventory Audit A Cigarette Inventory Audit is the identification of all cigarette brands and quantities within a specific location. Our reports are analyzed against your data for discrepancies and rectifications thereof. |
